Not exactly the select ingredients I thought Ken’s was talking about! I bolded all of the ingredients I consider questionable in this dressing, and there are a lot! Essentially your consuming genetically modified soy and a bunch of other unknown ingredients. Soybean oil is highly refined, unhealthy, and cheap so I choose not to consume it at all. For more on soybean oil click here.
I purchased a special glass bottle to make dressing that had a bunch of recipes printed on the bottle. In theory this was a great idea but trying to put thick ingredients into a small hole just doesn’t work out so well. I resorted to a half pint wide mouth mason jar and it was perfect! It fit just right into the jar and I realized this made it super easy to make without creating a bunch of dishes and a mess!
1Mason Jar Creamy Caesar

Published:- Yield: 1/2 pint (8 (2 Tbsp) Servings)
Simply add ingredients to mason jar, shake well, and enjoy! This recipe is also much more health conscious in terms of fat and calories as our base is Greek yogurt and 2% milk.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 Tbsp heavy Cream I added this instead of using an egg yolk because something about raw eggs turns me off
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese I freshly shredded mine as the packaged stuff has additives, especially the powder kind
- to taste McCormick Grinder garlic pepper seasoning or freshly ground black pepper
- milk (I use 2%) to fill the jar
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Add milk to fill, put lid on jar, and shake. If you prefer a thinner dressing fill to brim. If you prefer a thicker dressing add a little less milk.
