Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 shallot
- 1-2 tsp raw honey Add 2 if you like it sweeter
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
Instructions
- In a food processor, Ninja, or high powered blender add everything except oil and parsley and process. If you don't have a food processor, simply dice shallot and add to all other ingredients except oil.
- While your processor is on, slowly drizzle oil into mixture until all oil is combined. If you don't have a processor, use a whisk, and while whisking continuously slowly drizzle oil into all other ingredients. Chop parsley and add to finished dressing.
