Day 17: Whole wheat apple and oat pancakes, mixed fresh fruit, carrot sticks, and scrambled eggs
Day 18 (Not Pictured): Lunch on the Go! Included my Fruity Nutty Oat Squares, organic cheese stick, and strawberries
Day 19: Maple-Dijon grilled salmon, skillet red potatoes, and “Green” Apple Pie Smoothie in Squooshi
Day 20: Homemade Tomato Soup, grilled cheese on Ezekiel bread, carrot sticks, and strawberries
Day 21: Mushroom “meatball” over whole wheat spaghetti, frozen carrot cake pop, mango, blueberries, and a red palm superfood cookie
Day 22: Raspberries, grapes, white bean taco, avocado, and kalamata olives
Day 23: Carrots, strawberries, raspberries, dye-free jelly beans, mushroom and eggplant over whole wheat penne tossed in my classic creamy Alfredo and Herb Sauce
Day 24:Red plum, raspberries, mayo-free egg salad on Ezekiel Bread, popcorn, and cheddar roosters
Day 25: Dippy egg, homemade shoestring fries, Ezekiel Bread, eggplant and mushrooms, and strawberries
Day 26: shredded whole chicken, potato and zucchini cake, carrot sticks, steamed asparagus, and homemade ranch
